CHANGES IN DONOR SUPPORT FOR HIGHER EDUCATION IN KENYA

This is an interesting study on the changes in donor support that have taken place in the past 30 years. The study entails how two significant donors, the World Bank (multilateral donor) and JICA (bilateral donor) have been involved in the higher education sector in Kenya over the years. It explores the reasons for the changes in support for higher education and the recommendations given to the government for steering the sector.
