Changes in procedural law - Volume I

This book is the first volume of a compilation of my fortnightly columns published in the section Transformações no Direito Processual (Transformations in Procedural Law) on the Jurisconsultos website (www.jurisconsultos.org) between 2014 and 2015. The texts have been revised, reformatted and compiled in the exact order in which they were published on the website, with the dates indicated, covering the first half of the production, reflected in sixteen columns. This is a set of succinct reflections, but as verticalised as possible, on topics representative of some of the paradigmatic transformations experienced by Procedural Law - notably Civil, Criminal and Collective Law - throughout its existence, with greater emphasis on those occurring in the 20th and 21st centuries.
