Dilip Kumar Bhadra, Director, Bangladesh NSO. He joined the Government Service in August 1981 and also worked as a Civic Education Specialist under the UNDP in Cambodia during 1992-94. He has totally 55 research papers, articles & reports. He received his Masters & Graduated Honours in Economics & persuaded his General Statistics & thesis in Japan.
