CHARACTERIZATION OF COLD SPRAY COATINGS

The present research programme aims to comparatively characterize of cold spray coatings (NiCrAlY, NiCoCrAlY & Inconel625) deposited on commercially available superalloys (SuperNi76, SuperNi600 & Superfer800H), in the laboratory for their properties. The NiCrAlY, NiCoCrAlY & Inconel625 cold-sprayed coating was characterized using different methods. The cold-sprayed NiCrAlY, NiCoCrAlY & Inconel625 coatings characterization was discussed with the open literature.
