Characterization Of Embroidered Dipole-type RFID Tag Antennas
Details
This book provides, for the first time, a simulation model for embroidered dipole-type Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag antennas. The aim of this book is to investigate the factors affecting the conductivity of embroidered dipoles, and evaluate the effective conductivity of them. The presented simulation technique can be used for optimizing the sewed antennas to operate in the vicinity of body. Embroidered tag antennas can be used for body-centric communication applications, such as access control, human monitoring and sensor tag antennas.
