The world is so big that we can not easily understand what happens around it... after traveling and research makes the difference. Stereotyping is an "insane" to the world, but what should we do about this "insanity"? My experience deals with west Bengali"India" about health entails the social characteristics of women, health seeking behavior, family planning, child health, water, sanitation and hygiene practices by women. Why 80% do not have health insurance? 87% have certain reasons, why they do not vaccinate their children? Why 80% do not treat drinking water? What are similar studies talking about? What was the drive for the author to do this study all the way from Africa (Rwanda- a country of a thousand hills) to India (west Bengali state) inside the Book.

Mr. Didace Mugisha holds masters of science degree in Public Health, bachelors degree in Population Studies and an advanced diploma in Medical Imaging. He is senior consultant in public health disciplines and researcher, also a lecturer at University of Rwanda. The author is involved into several research and community activities.
