CHARACTERIZATION OF THE FLUID DEFRAUD

Over the last few years, public service companies have managed to maintain almost 100% coverage in terms of coverage and provision of the water service, and have been making an effort to do so, but have not been able to reduce the high percentage It presents in terms of fluid losses, which has remained between 35 and 37%, which is very high if we take into account that the drinking water regulatory commission establishes that this percentage should not exceed 30%.Through this project, it seeks to raise awareness that fraud and fluid losses generate a significant detriment to the assets of the Water Company, and that not working on clear control and monitoring policies is to clarify that situations how this is presented, despite the fact that the law in this sense is strong and that with adequate policies it can be reduced by a high percentage.
