This book is intended for postgraduate level students and researchers of Organic chemistry to provide them detailed information and knowledge regarded synthesis of chromen-annulated thiopyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles via Domino Knoevenagel-hetero-Diels-Alder (DKHDA) reaction. This book contains literature data of previous work done on thiopyrano[2,3-c] pyrazoles, a novel synthetic route using ionic liquid [Hmim]HSO4 at low temperature to synthesis it, spectral analysis using 2D NMR, DQF-COSY and NOESY, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies of all the synthesized compounds and their biological essay to analyze their potency and application. I hope this book will work as a valuable future reference of DKHDA synthesis of chromen-annulated thiopyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole scaffolds and their biological applications for the students, researchers, and chemists and help them to establish new and more efficient route using DOMINO strategy.
