Oral cancer, is cancer of the lining of the lips, mouth, or upper throat. Globally, oral cancer is the sixth most common cause of cancer related death, although many people are unaware of its existence. This disease has much in common with squamous cell carcinoma arising elsewhere in the upper aerodigestive tract, sharing common risk factor.
