Chocolate Confectionery & Desserts in India

The trend and popularity of chocolate confectioneries and desserts in India is studied using a structured questionnaire.While bringing the information on chocolate consumption pattern across the country, a brief history,classification and factors affecting the selection of chocolate desserts are also incorporated in the study.The outcome of the research also share information on dessert trends,perception of fusion desserts,preference of various desserts among the different age groups,etc.
