Chronobiology means time related events that shape our daily biological responses and applies to any aspect of medicine with regard to altering pathophysiology and treatment response. New advances in technology make possible chronotherapy that is increase in efficiency and safety of medications by proportionating their concentration during the 24 hours in synchrony with the biological rhythm determinants of the diseases.
