Civil society and democracy and local governance

Through this research, we want to provide actors in the democratic process and governance at the grassroots with a working tool. This instrument aims to promote a broad association of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) with local public policies in order to entrench democracy at the local level and promote local governance. We have identified three (03) specific objectives related to our research, namely: to contribute to the adhesion of citizens to civil society organizations and to the reinforcement of their status; to propose measures to reinforce the means of financing civil society organizations; and finally, to determine the adequate mechanisms of evaluation of the performance of civil society organizations.

Der Autor wurde am 19. März 1978 in Covè, Benin, geboren und hat einen DESS in Governance und Demokratie und einen DEA in Privatrecht. Derzeit ist er Beamter im Ministerium für digitale Wirtschaft und Kommunikation, wo er nacheinander Leiter der Abteilung für Regulierung, Direktor für Studien und Forschung und schließlich Assistent des Ministers war.
