By focusing on prevention and student empowerment, teachers can encourage self-discipline and cooperation, leading to a more positive and effective educational experience for all students.

Sosthène Ntibanyurwa currently works at the University of Rwanda. Previously, he worked at the former University of Kibungo (UNIK/INATEK) and at the Institut Catholique de Kabgayi (ICK). He earned his master's degree in education, specializing in teaching English. He holds a bachelor's degree in French-English with education.
