Class Management for a Successful Subject Content Teaching in English

Effective classroom management is crucial for successful teaching and learning. While punitive strategies are commonly used, they can be counterproductive, fostering resentment and hindering a positive learning environment. Instead, emphasis should be placed on preventive measures and empowering students to manage themselves. Teachers should cultivate a culture of respect, responsibility, and cooperation, guiding students towards self-discipline and mutual respect, ultimately fostering a warm atmosphere for learning and growth.The researcher employed a comprehensive methodology, including making a plan, collaboration, field notes, observation, and a critical friend group. This approach ensured a thorough and reflective examination of classroom management practices. The findings underscore the importance of creating a supportive and respectful classroom environment. By focusing on prevention and student empowerment, teachers can encourage self-discipline and cooperation, leading to a more positive and effective educational experience for all students.
