CLIMATE CHANGE RESILIENCE FACTORS

The community Puñaka, is one of the three populations of the nation of the Uru Muratos, belonging to the department of Oruro, its main economic activity is centered in the fish farming activity, that with the passage of time, the climatic variations and other external activities, were affecting this activity, causing that the level of migration in the community increases, leaving without labor sources to the families and without any type of economic income to the families.With the compilation and description of theories, concepts of Environmental Economics, Climate Change and System Dynamics, in the present research work, the diagnosis of the community was carried out in order to estimate the adaptive capacity that it has in relation to climate change, and after the development of the modeling, which shows the impact of socio-economic and environmental factors in the economic activities carried out by families in the community of Puñaka,

Ingeniero Comercial de Profesión, realizo sus estudios en la Universidad Técnica de Oruro, cuenta con estudios de Posgrado en el Área Eléctrica, Logística y en Educación Superior, cuenta con conocimientos Económicos y Ambientales, actualmente va cursando la Maestría en Dirección Logística y Operaciones en la Universidad Tecnológica TECH de España.
