Case oriented study is the best method of learning Clinical Medicine. One cause of failure of post graduates in exams is the lack of case oriented study. This book contains medical case reports about patients attending DHQ hospital, Faisalabad. A thorough history, physical examination, diagnostic procedure and management of patients have been described. It includes cases from internal medicine and other relevant clinical disciplines.
