Clinical evaluation of Dhanyakadi lepa and Manjishtha Churna in Acne

Acne is the major problem at the puberty. Abundant modern medications are available to take care of acne; most of them are topical steroid application, antimicrobials, hormones, surgery, U-V irradiations, intra lesion injections etc. These have their own limitations and also have their own complications on body. Whole world is looking towards Ayurveda for sure, easy and effective line of treatment of this disease. In Ayurvedic texts, there are so many special procedures and hundreds of medicaments as successful and safer remedy for the disease Acne vulgaris.
