Dr. Joseph Choge ist derzeit Dozent, Forscher und Buchautor sowie Leiter der Abteilung für klinische Medizin an der Universität von Kabianga. Er ist außerdem externer Prüfer an den Universitäten Moi, MMUST und JKUAT und derzeitiger nationaler Vorsitzender des Clinical Officers Council.
