Clinical Manifestations of Depression in Cancer Patients

From the moment man arises, the concern about different natural phenomena, such as: water, fire, wind, war and death, a fact that was associated with the work of the gods, offering a mystical justification, but as man evolves, he becomes a transforming agent of nature. With the development of science, man begins to give explanations to all these phenomena, including diseases and death, in many cases managing to modify the course of these phenomena thanks to scientific advances. However, despite the efforts of science in general, particularly medicine and biology, there are a group of diseases, including oncological diseases, which in the course of evolution have not been able to cure the patients. Neoplastic conditions, as a very important cause of morbidity and mortality.
