Coastal vegetation ecology

This publication is a course of lectures prepared for biology students. It deals with the classification and description of coastal aquatic plants in water bodies, methods of collection, mapping, determination of biomass and plant production from ecological and hydrobiological points of view. The trophic and ecological role of plants in the system of aquatic biocenoses is considered.
