Attualmente studia Materialità della letteratura (dottorato) presso l'Università di Coimbra, Portogallo. Lavora come ricercatore CAPES. Ha conseguito un Master in Studi Letterari (Teoria della Letteratura e Letteratura Comparata) presso l'Università Federale di Minas Gerais (UFMG) in Brasile.
