As Code-mixing (mixing of two or more languages) is one of the most talked phenomena in the sphere of linguistics, it is necessary that this topic gets discussed and researched. This book, Code-Mixing: A Case Study of Jahangirnagar University Students has been written keeping that fact in mind. This book introduces the readers with the basic ideas of Code-mixing. Through qualitative and quantitative method of research, it finds out the reasons why the tertiary level students in Bangladesh, especially Jahangirnagar University students mix codes when they speak. It also shows the readers how this linguistic phenomenon is affecting the psychology of the students. It also looks for the fact how Code-Mixing contributes to the behavioral changes among the tertiary level students of Bangladesh.
