Code Switching

This is an elaborate Research on Code Switching among college lecturers of different ranks and Gender at a relaxed staffroom environment. This work contain analysis and conclusions of the data collected in real life staffroom conversation. It is meant to provide deep insight into real life practical code switching of a specific category of people. The Research shows significant differences in how male, female speakers of high and low ranks code switch. Very significant observations are made that can add to great knowledge in the vast area of code switching
