Coeducation to combat gender stereotypes

This research aims to address coeducation as an alternative to eliminate gender stereotypes and sexism in Primary Education and, consequently, also in society. The main objective of this work is to analyze the presence of sexism at school. For this purpose, qualitative methodology has been used by means of interviews and the subsequent process of categorizing the results for their analysis. In this way, it is concluded that, in spite of having been able to observe certain evolution in the behavior of the people involved in the school, sexism continues to be an internalized problem and treated, on many occasions, as a matter of course.
