Communication Strategies and Mechanisms for Conflict Resolution

This is a text of reflection, the result of a critical social analysis derived from a documentary review of the subject and from the authors' experience as consultants in two fields: the conciliation center and the area of women and gender. The text makes use of predominantly qualitative techniques in which the transdisciplinary perspective offered by complex thinking is integrated from the dialogue of knowledge in which sociological, political, legal, communicative and cultural analyses are incorporated, which are interwoven to generate reflections framed in the complexity of the phenomenon of study associated with conflict resolution from intersectionality and the ways in which information is disseminated and inclusive communication strategies are used.
