This proceedings constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 17th International Conference on Communications and Networking, ChinaCom 2022, held in November 19-20, 2022. Due to COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held virtually. The 31 full papers presented were carefully selected from 83 submissions.
