COMMUNITY PSYCHOLOGICAL EXPLORATION ON ABUSE OF VULNERABLE ADULTS

Recent policy trends in UK are focusing on safeguarding vulnerable children and adults. This is one of the UK government's policy on safeguarding, social inclusion, community renewal, health development and social change programmes. The book gives a synopsis to all the care providers on how to detect early signs of abuse and how best to address the situation in a practical and pragmatic approach. This book provides essential information on the problem area under study, explains the role of community psychology in this context and also explores the nature and types of abuse.
