Company Law is a requisite for all students pursuing the LL B Degree, nay, students who desire professional qualifications in banking, finance, accounting, commerce, estate management, insurance etc must pass company law; unfortunately, most students do not know how to tackle Examination Questions, the reason for the afore-stated development is partly attributable to the fact that the concept of company and its governing laws are alien to Africa, besides the technicalities involved in the course; the foregoing reasons constitute the rationale for writing this text with the aim of bridging the gaps so as to ensure a higher success rate in company law examinations.
