COMPARATIVE MODELS OF POLITICAL LEADERSHIP

The study is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of theoretical and applied aspects of the phenomenon of political leadership in the Soviet and Western systems. The work explores the conceptual foundations of the phenomenon of political leadership in the context of Russian and Kazakh scientific tradition, investigates the Soviet type of leadership as a natural, triumphant, inevitable outcome of the Bolshevik movement; reveals the pluralistic paradigm of the Western type of leadership and the essential differences between the processes of leadership in the conditions of the Western and Soviet model of development.It is intended for teachers, graduate students, undergraduates and all those interested in the problems of political leadership.
