On the side other, position comparison law that is appear as method and science based on the time so that there is too truth from opinion that is. However comparison law as science more right because of more relevant with development society future now because comparison law not only solely as tool for knowing equation and difference two law system that different one each other, but rather already is a studies separate use method and approach typical that is method comparison, history and sociological and object discussion alone namely system/ law / foreign / certain. As is mentioned above that law foreign many give help in solve problems that will used for development law alone. By because that, comparison law very useful for Maker Law (legislator) inside body legislature.
