Comparison of methods: Integrative Gestalt therapy and Ego State Therapy

Mag. Tobias Grandy, MSc is a practising psychotherapist and psychologist in Vienna. He is interested in the interfaces between different scientific disciplines, with a particular focus on examining different ways of thinking in a differentiated manner to identify similarities and differences. This process is a necessary prerequisite for interdisciplinary scientific discussion, which in turn enables well-founded differentiation and mutual enrichment. This process is becoming increasingly important, especially in times of globalisation of knowledge. The present work is an example of how this process can succeed and provides valuable inspiration for psychotherapeutic practice.
