Comparison Spain vs Macedonia-Links between HRM and Business Strategy

This book defines the linkages between the HRM practices and types of business strategies in the business sector in Macedonia, precisely in the IT sector. It was inspired by the empirical research developed and conducted in Spain by Raquel Sanz-Valle, Ramón Sabater-Sanchez and Antonio Aragón-Sánchez. Similar research is used to conduct the survey in Macedonia. Additionaly, the book tries to evaluates both researches looking for similarities and suggest lessons learnt from Spain that could work in Macedonia, having in mind the similarities in political, socio-economical ands cultural aspects

Venera Gudachi was born in 1977 in Macedonia. She is holding a Master degree in Business Administration with special focus in HRM and strategy planning. Her business experience is related to strategy planning, project cycle management and HR management in development organizations. Some of her works are published in several International Journals.
