Competition and Cooperation in the Caspian Sea Region

The book is focused at disclosing problems that still exist among Caspian Sea Littoral States, reflecting on how those five countries perceive the issues of security and interests. The study set out comprehensive framework of analysis of the Caspian regional security issues in political and military dimensions. It examines the distinctive character of dynamics of security developments in traditional military and political sectors. The study also deals with implications of the current conflicts within regional states to the security and foreign policy of the littoral states.
