Complex treatment of combined trauma of facial bones

Modern aspects of diagnostics and planning of surgical treatment of combined trauma of facial bones taking into account hemorheological properties of blood are given in the monograph. The characteristic of combined trauma of facial bones with regard to hemorheological properties of blood is given. Clinical manifestations and diagnostic principles of combined trauma of facial bones with regard to hemorheological properties of blood are evaluated. Special attention is paid to the methods of surgical treatment of combined trauma of facial bones taking into account hemorheologic properties of blood. The authors have developed a technique of algorithm of pre- and postoperative treatment taking into account the severity of trauma and hemorheologic disorders, its effectiveness is shown. The monograph is intended for practical use for doctors - maxillofacial surgeons.
