COMPOUNDS WITH ANTIMALARIAL AND ANTICANCER ACTIVITIES

This book is an explanation of the design, synthesis and evaluation of acridine moiety chemically attached to polyamine and imidazole conjugates and their cytotoxic effects against prostate cancer cell lines that are testosterone dependent and independent where they have demonstrated potency. The same agents together with their quinoline equivants were tested against plasmodium falcipurum where the later has emerged as promising antimalarial drugs.
