COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT OF DIABETIC FOOT SYNDROME

In the book the author considers methods of complex treatment of purulent necrotic complications of the lower extremities against the background of diabetes mellitus. The results of complex treatment with the inclusion of autotransfusion ultraviolet irradiated blood, ultrasonic cavitation of wounds and local use of a new enzyme preparation of plant origin are presented. The comparative analysis of the proposed methods of complex treatment of diabetic foot syndrome was studied. The therapeutic and diagnostic algorithm of diabetic foot syndrome is developed.The book is designed for specialists working in this branch of medicine.
