Computer systems and networks: theory and practice

In this paper we consider some problems of systems optimization, decision-making theory, linear programming, operations research, which are applicable to computing systems and networks, related in one or another degree. The given solutions have an applied character, do not contain difficult for engineering perception mathematical formulations and transformations. The presentation is accompanied by examples and tasks for control.
