Computerisation of an information service: the case of AXA-Assurance

This study addresses the different strategic stages of the computerisation of an information service. Its conception is based on the fact that it proposes an inventory of the current situation of certain information services while highlighting the responses that could be made. Thus, this dissertation focuses on the methodology and analysis of the needs of both the service manager and the users, the main functions of an information service, the quality of the services offered to users, and the technical and practical aspects of drawing up a specification.
