Computerization of the administrative population census in the DRC

The aim of this book is to show how information technology can help provide accurate data for the administrative population census. When this operation is carried out without the support of new information and communication technologies, the data relating to the count is tedious and cannot be estimated by statistical methods. This book shows the various stages involved in implementing a computerized solution capable of managing the information linked to the population count using a database, and automating each of the algorithms.
