book intends to show the main differences and
similarities of legal aspects regarding an every-day
action in the two quite different law systems (Roman
law vs. Common law). The study examines general
aspects of legal systems in general as well as
specific aspects of contract law in both of the
countries.
Autorentext
Stefanie Herrmann finished her A-degree in Berlin in 1998. After finshing school she completed an apprenticeship which she finished successfully in 2001. The following studies of economics and law at the University of Applied Sciences Wildau (near Berlin, GER) she finished successfully in 2005 with this study which was her diploma thesis.
