The African continent is the richest in the world but unfortunately remains the one with the poorest populations. This contradiction must be removed.Have we not forgotten something fundamental that needs to be developed: the cultural? Leading the economic battle is one thing but leading the cultural battle is another. Africa needs to exist in its cultural dimension which has nothing to do with what we develop today.Concomitance of development tradition-modernism opens a breach for new paradigms in order to have a new Africa, an African rebirth which will be based on what Africa is really.
