CONFLICT RESOLUTION IN JAMMU & KASHMIR: ISSUES AND CHALLENGES..... I have discussed in this book mainly about the Conflict resolution mechanism in the context of Kashmir conflict. Kashmir conflict is long standing wrangle between India & Pakistan. Due to this political wrangle the people of Kashmir suffered a lot. I tried to see the Kashmir imbroglio in the light of constitutional means. Because the people of Jammu& Kashmir had been given special rights in constitution of India but those rights have been violated gradually and slowly by the Central government of India and by the State government of Jammu&Kashmir.This violation of rights paved a way to cycle of violence in the State of Jammu & Kashmir. So, I discussed in detail that Kashmir debacle could be transformed and managed when India will not interfere in the fundamental rights of people Kashmir and let it remain for them without any interference. In nutshell, this is actually a greater autonomy debate which I have discussed in detail.
