Conflicts between healthcare team

Conflict is one of the issues that takes place in any organization, especially hospitals where continuous human interactions occur. Nurses play different roles such as care provider, educator, and manager. These roles lead to various types of interactions among nurses and other health care team members, which significantly increase the probability for conflict to arise in hospital settings among nurses.
