Georges Samba Padou was born in Congo. He studied at the Université Marien Ngouabi (Brazzaville), graduating with a DESS in Diplomacy. He also holds an MBA in Criminology-Criminalistics-Private Investigation from Wuacadamy (Netherlands). A diplomat, he is Chargé d'Affaires at the Congolese Embassy in Germany.
