Congolese diplomacy and geopolitical determinants

The present work attempts to analyze the influence of the Congolese diplomatic approach in the Great Lakes, an approach focused on the search for lasting peace, security, stability and development in the Great Lakes region in general and in the Democratic Republic of Congo in particular.Indeed, the security crisis caused by the M23, genocide, armed conflict, the proliferation of armed groups, and the resurgence of collective consciousness are driving the Congolese state to set up a diplomacy of influence commensurate with the situation in the region.

Ivon SUEDI MUTUALE nació el 07 de mayo de 1993 en la ciudad de Kananga, en la República Democrática del Congo. Se graduó con honores en la Universidad de Kinshasa en 2016. Actualmente, Ivon es ayudante de cátedra en la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional y estudiante de posgrado.
