Mr. Andrew Keoro is an experienced educator having taught in several secondary schools and teacher training colleges in Kenya. He has a Bachelor's degree in education from Kenyatta University and a Master's degree in curriculum development from Moi University. He has authored and co-authored several papers in various journals on education.
