Consumer Issues Arising In Kenya

This book touches on the issues that have been arising in most African countries in relation to the tenancy case given in mind that in Africa the number of rental units have increased giving rise to many people renting house from private individuals. this books looks at the Kenyan case and it focuses on the laws that have been put in place in order to protect the tenant who in this case is the consume. it further analyzes the weaknesses of these laws and provides recommendations on how best the situation which has been neglected for years can be resolved, with a bid of improving the livelihood of tenants.
