Consumer protection for tourists under Mercosur

The aim of this book is to present the need for studies related to the protection of the tourist consumer, paying special attention to the reality of the consumer market within the Southern Common Market - MERCOSUR, demonstrating, by analysing domestic and foreign legislative institutes, the market and case law precedents, the need for better adaptation of consumer rules for the protection of the tourist consumer.
