The purpose of this report is to communicate the results of a marketing research on the relationship between consumers, mobile phones and mobile phone service providers in Saudi Arabia. Further this report provides the reader with a comprehensive understanding of the different usage behaviors and attitudes of mobile phone consumers in Saudi Arabia toward mobile phones in general and each service provider. It also study on the relative importance of different attributes of mobile phones and the role mobile phones play in people's life. And it also throws light on the dimensions of satisfaction and dissatisfaction with mobile phones and service providers in Saudi Arabia.
