Contraception in women who have had a cesarean section

Currently, contraception issues occupy an important place in the field of women's reproductive health. A particularly relevant topic is the choice of contraceptive methods for women after cesarean section, since this type of surgical factor has its own peculiarities and can influence the next choice of contraceptive methods. The importance of this problem is conditioned not only by the observation of prevention of unwanted pregnancy, but also by the necessity to ensure a safe interval between pregnancies for the recovery of the female organism and minimization of the risk for the health of the mother and the future child.This monograph is devoted to a comprehensive study of issues related to contraception in women who have undergone cesarean section. It analyzes anatomical and related aspects of postoperative recovery, and assesses the impact of various contraceptive methods on women's health in the postoperative period.
