Contract Management and it's Performance in Urban Local Governments

The study in this book investigated the contract management and contract Performance in urban local government systems of Uganda: a case of Tororo Municipality. The study was guided by three specific objectives which were; (i) to examine how contract planning affects contract performance in Tororo Municipality; (ii) to examine the effect of contract monitoring on contract performance in Tororo Municipality; and (iii) to find out how contract administration affects contract performance in Tororo Municipality.
